Welcome to Bond Construction
Our main objective is to do residential remodeling jobs in the Denver metro area with the best quality and attention we can. Also we have build custom homes when feasible. The owner, Michael De Seguin, after working for more than ten years for a large international construction group, decided when he founded Bond Construction that he would always keep his company small and focused. We work almost 100% on a referral and word of mouth basis and this has worked well for our clients and for us.
Bond Construction limits itself to building no more than one custom homes at a time and still serve customers homeowners at the same time for remodeling jobs . Michael still enjoys supervising the framing crew and working himself on the job. This has also allowed for better communication, quality and service. Bond Construction provides a full one year warranty for both remodeling and custom homes , and a ten year structural warranty for custom homes .
